Sailing in Annapolis
The iPad is the kids' favorite toy and they were able to show Lola how to work it.
Corin followed the kid on the right for most of the night.
We had a
fantastic visit with Pop and Lola right before Halloween. We had good weather and took advantage of it
by playing outside all the time. I also
got to take a little sailing trip with my folks for my birthday. It was a cool day on the water, but it was beautiful
and we had a great time.
Halloween
was a fantastic time. Abby dressed up as
an adorable Little Red Riding Hood, and Corin was a dashingly handsome
pirate. They did a great job playing in
their costumes and not trying to get out of them. We went over a friend’s house for a block
party. The kids had a great time running
around with all of the other kids. Corin
found a kid wearing a skeleton costume who was also carrying a sword. Corin followed him around for most of the
night.
When it was
actually time to tick-or-treat, I didn’t think that Corin would be into it, but
he did great. He wouldn’t say “Trick-or-Treat”,
but he did go from house to house and loved getting his treat and putting it
into his bucket. It was very cute
watching him do it.
